Women's Institute for Equity in Leadership Development's overarching goal is to inspire and support young women from marginalized communities and diverse backgrounds to be courageous leaders and agents of change within their communities. Launched in 2022, we are an organization driven to make a positive impact by building capacity in women to create their narratives using progressive ideas and actions. We strive to provide differentiated opportunities for young women to harness essential skills through real-world experiences, mentoring, networking, and service projects aligned to our vision, mission, core values, and
